We are Alfred’s Wood Fired Pizza. We bring our Neapolitan inspired pizza to weddings, parties and corporate dos across the North of England. The name is borrowed from my great grandad Alfred, & it seemed right to name it after someone who gave a damn about doing things well. Whether that’s the dough, the setup, communication or clear up, that’s what we do.
