Neapolitan inspired pizza.
We make all our dough using a mix of “00” flours to give a softness, lightness, yet strength to our pizza. It has been designed with events at the forefront of our mind; wood fired mobile pizza that can be eaten with a drink in hand. All our dough gets proved for at least 24 hours to allow the flavours and structure to develop, before being stretched by hand at each event. It is then cooked in 90 seconds in our magnificant wood fired oven.

We use San Marzano tomatoes from Italy. They are rich, sweet and silky. Our meat is always British and of the highest welfare, either from Cobbled Lane Cured or Shepherdson’s Butchers. We grow our own garden greens & herbs from a Kitchen Garden around the corner; insanely low food miles. If anything has made it onto our menu, be rest assured we’ve done the background research for taste and quality!
